Annual Board Member Self‑Assessment
Our Annual Board Member Self‑Assessment is an essential tool that supports strong, effective, and mission‑driven leadership. Each year, board members are encouraged to reflect on their individual performance in areas such as fiduciary responsibility, engagement, financial understanding, fundraising, training, and community support. This yearly evaluation helps identify strengths, highlight opportunities for growth, and ensure that every board member is contributing meaningfully to the organization’s mission. Conducting this assessment annually allows the Executive Committee to identify trends, strengthen board performance, and position the organization for continued success and long‑term impact.
