Downtown Morehead City, Inc., proudly acknowledges Captain Steve Miller as our North Carolina Main Street Champion.
Captain Steve not only served as a board member in our early days, but has also volunteered thousands of hours serving as Chairman of the Crystal Coast Boat Show, which will celebrate its 11th year in May. Captain Steve has tirelessly devoted his time, leadership skills acquired from his past work for IBM, and thorough knowledge of boats to grow the event into the largest in-water, saltwater fishing boat show in Eastern North Carolina and the largest fundraiser for Downtown Morehead City, Inc. Our downtown restaurants, shops, and art galleries are full of both visitors and locals who come to see the latest in what the saltwater fishing lifestyle has to offer.
Captain Steve has contributed to the success of downtown Morehead City by bringing in thousands of people and we are happy to call him our North Carolina Main Street Champion!
