October 1, 2025: Sign Up Deadline: Secure your spot by signing up before this date.

November 1, 2025: Payment Deadline: Once you sign up, you’ll receive an invoice and are asked to pay via credit card. If you must pay by check, please email Naomi Riley promptly.

All submissions must be processed through our portal. Even if your details are unchanged from last year, re-upload your logo and updated information to confirm your participation.
​
On November 16th, we will verify our list of paid sponsors and exhibitors. In the event of any outstanding payments, available spots may be reallocated from the waiting list.
