2022 NC Main Street Champions
In June two thousand nineteen, Grace W. Ho and Ken T. Yang, a wife and husband team, purchased one twenty-one Vance Street, a one-story storefront property located in Downtown Clinton. Their concept for the building rehabilitation was to create a first-floor art gallery and workspace for Grace, and a second-floor apartment with roof deck for them to enjoy downtown living.
In October of two thousand twenty-one, their dream became a reality with the completion of the project with the help of architect David Maurer and Contractor H.N. Carr. This couple has shown others how a little time, effort, and passion can bring great things to downtown. They now enjoy downtown living and working, in their business Ho Yang Fine Art.
The Clinton Main Street Program appreciates their investment in downtown and is pleased to select Grace W. Ho and Ken T. Yang as their two thousand twenty-two Main Street Champions.
