Rosalind Hines is the first to respond when the volunteer bell rings—always ready, no matter the task. “Whether it's helping with events or supporting local businesses, it's a joy to contribute to the growth and vibrancy of downtown,” she added.

She brings a smile to every event and makes sure everyone, a current friend or new friend, knows just how special Downtown Salisbury is as she says,. “The sense of camaraderie and the positive energy from fellow volunteers and residents is truly contagious!”

Rosalind does not just volunteer, she lives and breathes downtown. She works in her family’s long-time real estate business and proudly promotes Salisbury as the place to live, work, and play.

For her dedication to downtown, Salisbury names Rosalind Hines as its 2025 Main Street Champion.
