In the heart of Elon, Pandora’s Pies is more than a restaurant, it’s a home away from home, thanks to Kimberly Holt.

When the restaurant opened in 2012, Kimberly and a co-worker dreamed of owning it. On May 10, 2021, that dream came true. Since then, she’s poured her heart into creating a space where everyone feels like family.

Pandora’s Pies has become a beloved gathering place for Elon University students and town residents alike, where everyone is treated like family. Through school partnerships and community sponsorships, Kimberly shows how small businesses can uplift the people around them.

She also serves on the Downtown Board and supports initiatives like the skate park committee and farmers market—always working to make Elon more connected and vibrant.

She is a shining example in the community, which is why Elon is pleased to call Kimberly Holt its 2025 Main Street Champion.
