Nancy Lipe shows what it means to be a Main Street Champion on a day to day basis. Almost everything she does in her personal and professional life is geared towards the enhancement of downtown Albemarle. Not only does she serve as the Director of Falling Rivers Gallery in downtown, but Nancy also serves as the Chair of both the Albemarle Downtown Development Corporation Board and the Organization Committee.
Nancy is involved with other Main Street committees and is often asked to serve on City of Albemarle committees that focus on downtown. She offers constructive input and is well respected in the community.
Nancy genuinely cares about the success of each downtown business and will take time to give business owners advice and encouragement to help them complete a project or reach a goal.
